DISTRICT SALES MANAGER POSITIONS
WYFFELS HYBRIDS INC, is seeking professional, highly-motivated individuals to actively develop and manage geographic territories towards goals of customer satisfaction, growth, and profit.
Responsibilities will include the use of field marketing skills to personally represent Wyffels to a focused direct-call list of large corn growers and the recruitment, training, and motivation of the district's seed representatives.
We seek conscientious individuals with seed and agronomic knowledge; strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills; ag savvy and a successful track record. A strong work ethic, high level of integrity and unquestionable ethics are required. 3-5 years of sales experience required. Seed sales experience preferred.
