Replant Policy

No one likes to replant, but it’s good to know if you need to replant your Wyffels fields, for any reason, we’ll replace the seed at a reduced price.

When you're facing a replant situation on your Wyffels fields, we’re in it together.

Your Part
Be sure to notify your local Wyffels Seed Representative or Wyffels Hybrids (1-800-369-7833) in time for the Wyffels field(s) to be inspected soon after the crop loss and prior to destruction.

Our Part
The Seed Representative will complete the necessary Service Call Report to authorize replacement seed pricing. Wyffels will provide the hybrid, maturity, and kernel size as close as possible to your request, subject to availability.

NOTE: This agreement is available to Wyffels customers only, up to the quantity of Wyffels seed delivered in the current year.

You should know:

•	In some cases, a trait replant refund will be issued. Customers need to follow the claim procedures from the technology licensing company for the refund to be processed.

•	For replant pricing on seed containing insect-protected traits, growers must be in compliance with all IRM requirements.

•	All replant seed will be priced as listed on the 2008 Replant Price Sheet. Contact your Wyffels Seed Representative for details.
