At Wyffels Hybrids, we believe the future of agriculture depends on strong leaders, both in our communities and in our fields. That’s why we’re proud to recognize six outstanding student-athletes from across the state of Iowa as recipients of the 2025-2026 Wyffels Corn Belt Award. 

This year’s winners include:  

Female recipients: 

  • Rylee Phillips – Keosauqua, IA  

  • Kendra Boatman - Keokuk, IA 

  • Gabi Jacobs - Sidney, IA 

Male recipients: 

  • Liam Triplett - Alleman, IA  

  • Jasper Wilson - Bondurant, IA 

  • Collin Harder – Avoca, IA 

These students represent more than athletic achievement. They are leaders in their schools, teammates their peers can count on, and young people committed to making a positive impact in their communities. Their dedication, work ethic and character embody the values that have long defined rural America and the agricultural industry. 

The Wyffels Corn Belt Award was created to celebrate student-athletes who demonstrate excellence on and off the field. Recipients are selected not only for their accomplishments in athletics but also for their leadership, academic success, community involvement, and commitment to helping others. 

As a family-owned company with deep roots in the Central Corn Belt, Wyffels is honored to invest in the next generation of leaders. We know the skills these students are developing today, such as integrity, perseverance, teamwork, and service, will serve them well in the future. 

This year’s six winners come from communities across Iowa, but they share a common trait: a willingness to lead by example. From balancing academics and athletics to volunteering in their communities and supporting classmates and teammates, each recipient has demonstrated the kind of character that strengthens schools, families and hometowns. 

“We’re continually inspired by the young people nominated for the Corn Belt Award,” said John Wyffels, president of Wyffels Hybrids. “These students are making a difference in their schools and communities today, and we’re excited to see the impact they’ll make in the future.” 

Congratulations to all six Corn Belt Award winners for the 2025-2026 school year. Your hard work, dedication, and leadership set an example for others and remind us that the future is bright across the Corn Belt.
