VI. De-identified/aggregated data
We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Data we collect through our Site and otherwise in connection with our operations. For example, we may aggregate Personal Data to calculate the percentage of visitors to our Site in a particular zip code. Once information or data has been de-identified and aggregated, such data is no longer Personal Data. VIII. Tools we use
We use AdTech in addition to location features that are connected to your use of our Site to automatically collect information used to improve our Site and conduct our operations. The AdTech we use includes cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and other technologies (“Cookies”). Cookies include small files, such as text files, which are saved onto your computer or device when you use our Site. These can either be “session” Cookies or “persistent” Cookies. Session Cookies exist only for so long as you are visiting a website and are typically deleted when you exit your web browser. Persistent Cookies remain on your computer or device until their predetermined expiration date unless they are deleted before then. Additionally, each time you visit a website that has implemented a persistent Cookie, that persistent Cookie is renewed and remains active until its predetermined expiration date unless deleted before then.
We use AdTech to gather more information about how our Site is used, learn whether you are a repeat visitor to our Site, personalize advertising, obtain valuable data and statistics about the usage and effectiveness of our Site, and help us provide an enjoyable, personalized and innovative online experience for you. We may combine information gathered from AdTech with other Personal Data.
Generally, the type of information we collect through AdTech is specific to your computer or other device and includes the IP address, date and time the device accessed our Site, what parts of our Site were visited, your internet service provider, the device ID number, approximate geographic location, browser type, the websites you visit before and after coming to our Site, and whether the web pages requested were delivered successfully.
Analytics AdTech

We use certain AdTech on our Site that enable us, ad networks, and other third parties to serve customized email and interest-based advertisements to you (“Interest Based Advertising AdTech”). Interest Based Advertising AdTech is used to serve ads based on your prior visits to our websites and your other internet activity, such as your visits to other websites. Ad networks and other third parties may place and store additional Interest Based Advertising AdTech on the devices you use to access our websites and collect information including your browsing behavior, referring sites, and your response to advertisements. - HubSpot Ads – HubSpot Ads is a tool that assists us in creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The information collected by the HubSpot Ads tool will be transmitted directly to and stored by HubSpot. The information will be used for our marketing purposes. - TradeDesk – TradeDesk is an online demand-side platform that provides buying tools for digital media buyers. - Google Analytics’ Advertising Features. We have enabled and implemented the following Google Analytics Advertising Features: Advertising Reporting Features, Remarketing, Demographics and Interests Reports, and Integration with Google Ads. To opt out of remarketing advertising provided through Google, to customize your ad preferences, or to limit Google’s collection or use this information, visit Google’s Safety Center and Google’s Ad Settings and follow Google’s personalized ad opt-out instructions. Opting out will not affect your use of the Site.
Marketing AdTech
We use certain AdTech on our Site that enable us to analyze the results of our marketing efforts and other interactions with individuals (“Marketing AdTech”). Marketing AdTech provide us with analytical information that we use to improve our marketing efforts and conduct our Operations. The Marketing AdTech we use on our websites include the following:
- HubSpot Forms – HubSpot Forms is a tool that allows our websites to display forms to gather information you wish to share for the purpose of contacting us to request information. The information collected by the HubSpot Forms tool will be transmitted directly to and stored by HubSpot. We use the information collected through the HubSpot Forms tool to communicate with you and identify user preferences based on your interactions with the online portions of our Operations. We recognize that you may want to limit how your Personal Data is collected, used, and shared. We offer several choices with respect to how we collect or use your Personal Data, including:

Your unsubscribe request or email preference changes will be processed promptly, though this process may take several days. Our Site may link to, or be linked to, websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party or any third party websites. Social Media
We are active on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, BlueSky and X (“Social Media”).
The Site allows you to connect and share data with Social Media. The Site may also use advertising networks and services offered by Social Media companies to deliver advertising content. Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on the Site and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages.

XI. Security of personal data
We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to maintain the security and privacy of your Personal Data. XII. Children’s privacy
We do not target or direct our Site at children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected the Personal Data of anyone under the age of 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information. The terms in this section are only applicable to Nebraska residents.
Subject to exceptions permitted by applicable laws and verification of your identity, if you live in Nebraska, you may exercise the following rights with regard to your Personal Data.
Right to Know. You have a right to request that we disclose whether we are processing your Personal Data and to access your Personal Data.
Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Data that we collected from you and retain. Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Data from our records, unless an exception to this right applies.
Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Data that we collect about you. If we receive a verifiable request, we will consider it, taking into account the nature of the Personal Data and the purposes of the processing of the Personal Data. We may request that you provide us with documentation that is relevant to your request.
Please note, we may choose to delete the contested Personal Data as an alternative to correcting it if doing so would not negatively impact you or you consent to our deletion.

Exercising Your Rights

When we receive your request to exercise your rights, we will: (a) acknowledge receipt of your request; (b) try to match the information you provide in making the request with information we already maintain about you; (c) if required to verify your identity, we may ask you to provide additional information, including Personal Data; and (d) consider various factors when determining how to verify your identity, such as the sensitivity and value of the data, the risk of harm, the likelihood of fraud, etc.
We will only use Personal Data we collect during the verification process for the purpose of verifying your identity. If you maintain an account with us, we may use that account to respond to your request and/or verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity as required by applicable laws and regulations, we will decline to comply with your request, and let you know why.
When We Will Respond To Your Request. We will try to respond to your request within 45 days. If we require additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Data to you. We may charge a fee to process or respond to your request if it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal. To do so, submit a request to us using the contact information in the “Submit Your Requests To” section within 60 days of your receipt of our denial.
We will acknowledge your appeal when we receive it. Within 45 days, we will inform you in writing whether we have reconsidered your request or declined to do so. We will also provide an explanation of our decision.
